You can donate by fax as follows:

1. Include the following on the cover sheet:
   • Your name
   • Full address, including zip code
   • Daytime and evening phone numbers, including area code
   • Fax number
   • Location of the vehicle
   • How you found out about our organization
2. Fax both sides of the vehicle title, along with the cover sheet, to 800-391-8259. This allows us to ensure we use the correct procedure for your state and vehicle.

Note: Do not sign or write anything on your original title.

Once we have your fax, we will call and answer any questions you have regarding your vehicle donation. You can also can call us anytime at 800-953-5424, or email sales1@center4living.org.

Alternatively, you can print, fill out and fax the Vehicle Donation Fax Form.

We are able to provide free towing for most vehicle donations. However, a very few older models do not sell well at auction, and we are unable to afford to provide free towing for these models. Additionally, we incur storage charges on these slow-selling older models. There are three options for donating such models:

1. You can drive your vehicle to one of our auction sites, located in all states but Michigan, Mississippi, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming. There is no charge to you.
2. You can look in your local yellow pages under "Automobile Appraisers" and have your vehicle appraised for approximately $35. If it appraises at $500 or more, we will provide free towing.
3. As a last resort, you can pay a $95 towing and storage fee.
